[Stein] League sources tell @TheSteinLine that one avenue which will certainly be explored is the prospect of a Jonathan Kuminga-for-Andrew Wiggins swap with Miami that potentially brings Wiggins back to the Bay Area after he was shipped out last February.

  10. In a vacuum JK for wiggs is a big upgrade so I’m all for it. But it’s not enough. I love Wiggs as a complementary piece but we know from experience we’ll be disappointed if we’re asking him to be a major scorer night in and night out.

    We would still another big piece short of even being a fringe contender.

    Now trade Jk and Buddy for Wiggs, and Jimmy for Markkanen or MPJ plus Claxton and now we’re making a big splash.

    Steph, Melton, Wiggins, MPJ/Markanen, Draymond is an elite 5.

    Yes we’re sending out a bunch of picks to make that work. Do it.

  14. Ridiculous, are they serious about winning ? We traded Wigs back then because sh*t wasn’t working. What’s the point of getting him back now ??? Why not get Klay too since people love being nostalgic about 2023-2025 season.

  15. It would certainly make me happier to see a fan favorite like Wiggins. But probably not a good basketball move. We’d definitely have to attach a pick or two, meaning we’d both be going backwards and giving up the future for a move that does very little to move the needle. If it makes Steph happy to have Wiggins back I say do it, if not let’s just deal with the status quo.
