The Cubs being in the top 5 is hilarious
No Brewers is fine, I’m good with being the underdog forever lol. Cubs at 2 is laughable though
End of last season: there’s no way it’s possible for Murphy to win manager of the year again next year because nobody will underestimate the Brewers again.
Beginning of this season: …
Guys why are the biggest markets power ranked at the top? It’s because they are the best teams right? Right?
So the cubs jumped to two because we traded Freddy?
I’m fine with no brewers.
Cubs being 2?? Lololol. Alex Bregman is not better than Kyle Tucker. They were maybe the best team in baseball when he was healthy in first couple months of the year. Bregman is nice, but not Kyle Tucker. And now it’s hilarious seeing their fans act like he was lazy and not that good when all season they were in the outfield with “extend Tucker” signs.
Coincidence that PCA starting sucking when Tucker got hurt?
I also don’t understand why people are so high on the moves they made. Entering last year they had one of the best ranked farms in all of baseball with a good roster. They paid a lot for Tucker and then just paid a lot for a walking IR stint from Miami.
At the deadline last year I thought they’d use their farm for a true stud pitcher and ended up with Mike Soroka.
All they had to do was extend Bellinger and they have both a loaded team and loaded farm.
They also got outbid by Houston last minute for IMAI then gave up Owen Cassie for Cabrera, who never is healthy and hasn’t been that good. He has great stuff but they paid a premium for a risky hope rather than a for sure thing.
They are a very good team, but I’m not impressed with how they’ve handled their assets the last 18 months. Too cheap to compete with the huge markets so they are paying a premium to finish in 2nd place. Farm went from top 3 to like 18th.
I feel way better about them moving forward than I did even 9 months ago.
Can’t wait to prove them wrong again
See the Brewers predicted win total.
Bet money on the over.
Profit.
I literally don’t want to know what they were thinking when they made this, haha. Anyone can make a list of anything for any reason, doesn’t make it a good list
The Brewers wont be good because they just lost ~~Hader~~ ~~Burnes~~ ~~Williams~~ ~~Adames~~ Peralta
Same thing every year
It’s not disrespect.
It’s reality.
Yes, we were good last year. However, it depended on a lot of players who aren’t great to have really good years. That is where we try to win….in the margins.
That being said, look at the Bucks. Similar situation. They have a lot of mid guys. They aren’t having great years hence the team sucks.
So, if guys like Vaughn, Durbin, Priester, etc have basic years instead of really good….then we aren’t a good team. It sucks but it’s true.
What if Woodruff ends up not being the pitcher he was….what if Yelich goes back to his crappy years before this year, etc.
Just a lot of unproven players in terms of being able to produce year in and year out.
Right where we want to be
Got ’em right where we want them
Cool story. I’m sure it’s based on some measure and popular players. I doubt it takess pocket pancakes into consideration at all.
Lol at O’s that high. Their entire fan base has been waiting for another starting pitcher, and the GM has done everything but.
They’ll be good, they’ll be fun, but thst ran I ong feels like a stretch without that starter.
Bump ’em down, and at least get the Brewers on this list.
Sewers fans stay salty lmfao
Bleacher Report is garage in general. Next
Undaunted.
You mean the disrespect continues?
Why do you care?
The Brewers are a .500 team this year. Theres no disrespect.
Cubs didn’t even win the division last year. WTF?
The obvious answer is Joel Reuter is a AL east homer. Terrible list
Red Sox and orioles is a reach… no way
Why in the world do the Mets get so much credit every year? Like we know you spent a billion dollars, you’re still gonna shit the bed
lol that’s bleacher report! That’s like getting mad at the drunk guy at the bar who smells like puke and thinks if he slurs it louder he’s more right than you are!
Cubs writer picks Cubs at number two…

I guess it’s about the rotation? Trading Peralta is a big impact and Woodruff is great but now definitely falls in the injury risk category. They have solid arms still, I’m just guessing that is what displaced them here. They could still land an FA or get the late signing of Scherzer.
Lmao cubs have been in the top 3 the last three years and can’t even win a division title lmao
No respect I tell ya!

Didn’t Orioles pretty much trade off their whole team?😅 How are they in the top 20. Oops, top 10.
Meh. Let them have their click bait. I’ll focus on Arnold and Murphy cooking.
Thought this was the Mets sub for a second and was briefly stunned anyone would consider that disrespectful but now that I see where I am I get it
budget rankings
Lmao Baltimore was dead last in their division, what possible move did they make to suddenly become the 8th most exciting team in baseball prior to the season? Atlanta was right down there at the bottom of the league alongside them.
