Can the Nats GM call the Brewers GM and explain how to make a deal for your teams number 1.
Gore wouldnt make the Dodgers minor league teams.
No excuses for any other GM in the league not getting this deal done for themselves. Nationals got robbed.
Birds send…Mayo, Kjerstad, Povich, enough, or maybe one other prospect??? All three are pretty close or MLB ready?

A lot for a guy who’s just a prospect still, he’s shown flashes but he’s not even middle rotation on most teams.
Left-handed that those 95 miles an hour was number two left-handed last year for strikeouts per nine.. makes Texas Rangers easily the best rotation of baseball and it’s still not close and it wasn’t close last year either
Great deal for Texas… Texas trated the type of prospects that Stearns released
As a rangers fan I was hoping that CY would pull out this trade I'm happy for this trade

the Nationals are rebuilding Gore was a good pitcher for them but they aren't ready to compete with the division just yet and maybe when the players they got are ready could be one or more of them make the team it's a plus it just going to take a couple more seasons .
Can we imagine the return for Skubal is we traded him this time last year?!

Good trade Fien was the only 1 I liked out of the bunch Rosario is having TJ so he won’t play next year Ortiz can’t field so he’s gonna have trouble playing And the other 2 r future Utility guys
It seems u missed a lot in this breakdown like rangers pitching ballpark, Rosario having TJ, Rangers not wanting to spend, they fact Gore was 1 of the best Lefty pitchers out there and Ortiz can’t field. U getting lazy I’m sure there’s more u missed but this just off the top of my head
Rangers haven’t given up on Rocker. Not by a long shot. He recently came back from Tommy John surgery. Hasn’t pitched many innings since 2019 I believe.
Jack Leiter struggled big time until he broke out last season!!! If we don’t see progress from Rocker then I’d be concerned.
Is James Wood a potential trade candidate for a HUGE prospect haul?
I am ecstatic as a Nats Fan. I go to a bunch of Fredericksburg Nationals, Class A, games so I am doubly happy!
If it works out could be a playoff run if not you can still get at least two prospects for him at the deadline that could be better than the ones in the trade
I like it but we need offense, we need proven guys not guys who are trying to bounce back or make a name for themselves
