Carmen Bricillo OUT | John Harbaugh Making MAJOR Giants Coaching Staff Changes

Anthony and Alex react to the news that the New York Giants will not retain offensive line coach Carmen Bricillo. Despite widespread praise and a top-5 pass-blocking unit in 2025, Bricillo is the latest casualty in a purge that has left only two coaches standing from the previous staff.

  1. Carmen Bracillo is the 4th best offensive line coach in the NFL behind the Eagles Jeff Stoutland and the Falcons Dewayne Ledford, and former Browns OL coach Bill Callahan. Now if they are hiring Ledford because he’s a free agent due to being replaced by Callahan I can understand. I guess the new offensive coordinator’s system might be the reason the are moving on from Bracillo

  2. Part of the reason the O line did so well is because of Dart.. Look at the line when Russ was in. Same old shit. I don’t necessarily think he’s the reason the line was good.

  3. The blind trust you and almost everyone else is putting in a guy who just got fired and hasn't won anything significant in 13 years is alarming! He came in demanding a monster salary (don't care, not my money) and full control (this, I care about). He was told by many in the organization to keep Bricillo and he ignored them, because they gave him full control. Look, I hope he's as good as you all think he is but I need to see him accomplish something with the Giants before I give him this level of trust.

  4. Letting go of Briscilo, and not hiring Ledford, just to bring in Warhop because he's familiar, would be a huge mistake. Please don't let this happen.

Seriously if we end up with Warhop and Orr I'm gonna be pissed. Loving what Harbaugh has done so far getting rid of Kevin Abrams and others, but I don't want the staff to become filled with Ravens castoffs. Neither Orr nor Warhop are top choices

  5. At the end of the day, ain’t none of you doing a podcast or fans ever coached anything or anyone. It’s just opinions from a couch. He knows what he’s doing and he’ll make the right decisions to get the Giants in the right place.

  6. Not saying it is Bricillo's fault because only Andrew Thomas is a good run blocker, but I agree that probably the relatively poor run blocking (despite the Giants run yardage) affected Harbaugh's decision to look elsewhere for o-line coach.

  7. I dont know, i personally think Isaiah likely would be perfect, i think hes underrated i think if he gets an opportunity he'd be a starter,

  8. Jeez dude you act like Harbaugh is a 5 time Super Bowl winner ….he's won 1 Super Bowlin 12 yrs years ago ..his teams choke in the playoffs & his offense has never been able to throw the ball that's fact ….yes Good for the Giants getting a good Coach that will pull this team out of the gutter but chill out with overreaction

  9. Trust the process. Bricillio only looks good when Andrew Thomas is in the lineup. If Thomas isn’t in it’s a complete disaster, which basically shows that Thomas is the reason our O-line does well, not the line coach.
