2. Won a chip as the DC at umich. Worked with both Harboughs. Similar resume to Macdonald. I’m sure in the owners mind that’s what he’s going for. I like the young sharpe defensive mind hire. Idk if he’s Macdonald but that’s what ravens deff hoping. I liked the hire tho

5. Last comment on this vid lol. I disagree with u and Colin devaluing defense. 3/4 teams left have a great defense and rams can at least get pressure. Pple thought Texans had a shot to go all the way bc there D. Eagles won last year in a game they got pressure with 4 on Mahomes all game. When rams won they had Aaron Donald and prime Ramsey lol. Just bc the rules changed doesn’t devalue defense at all

7. This is an AWESOME hire!!! Not just because of what Minter can do defensively but, he will bring that culture of being detailed, accountability, and back to being a tough team.

   It what he will bring as a new culture in Baltimore. Hope he follows what his former co-worker did in Mike McDonald with an OC hire who is run first and PA heavy using many different looks.
   That will be the biggest key and as always, GIVE IT TIME haha

8. The latter part of your video as fans and media are soo heavily QB centered was by FAR the most important.
   People don’t understand the defensive part until it’s glaring obvious like in last years SB with Philly and this year with the Texans.

   Mike McDonald is a prime example of how and why this can be and in my opinion a slam dunk. Minter has been with Harbaugh and Mike at Michigan and in the NFL.
