  2. Interesting Experiment:
    Recently there was a Florda Panthers Presentation with its players and the American president present.
    The American president (Bone Spur) touted that florida won the Stanley Cup the last 2 years and that Canada hadn't won a Stanley Cup in 32 years.
    So I did a little research. Current Florida Panthers Roster List: 4 US Players, 11 Canadian Players, and then the rest of the team is European and Russian, 4 at the most from each country.
    The way I see it Canada has won the Last 2 Stanley Cups, and probably the other 30.
    Tonight's Game 9 Goals scored: 7 Canadian Players, 1American Player, 1 Russian
    Can you imagine if Teams could only use players from the teams country.
    US may be able to field 1 Olympic team but there would be very few American NHL teams.

  3. I'm okay with the Leafs not making playoffs. I really am. I mean, we've been top of the Atlantic for years and years and years. Of course a team has to fall off at a point, and we're finally looking at it straight in the face.

    But, this is Toronto. Theyll probably pull of a miracle run in the 13th hour and just squeak into that 2nd wildcard or some shit

  10. As soon as he said it feels like a playoff game, you knew two players (now on opposing teams) weren't going to make it to the score sheet. Yep!!! But one them is now on a team of guys who can get it done.

  16. 0:34 You’ll never win with soft defensive plays like this and they make the game unwatchable. I have been asking this question since I was a child in the 1970s: Why can’t the leafs put together a big tough defensive corps that other teams fear? Their defense is always weak and it kills their talented forwards because the play is always in the defensive zone and it kills good goalies because they face a higher average number of shots.

  20. What an utterly pathetic, gutless, lifeless performance by a pathetic Leafs team! See the Knights reaction when they score? Eichel… "WOOOOOOOOOO". Stone… "YEAHHHHHHHHHH", Leafs…. "yay". Knights were full of passion, full of life, full of energy (and they just played 800 miles away in Boston the night before)! Leafs…Gutless, no heart, no passion, no energy, and an utter disgrace!

  21. What the idiotic, brain-dead, loser management see in tavares in mind boggling! He's slow, weak, confused, can't make quick decisions, horrible defensively, always knocked off the puck, cinstant giveaways, and on and on! Not only should he NEVER have been re-signed, but WHY he's on the worst PP I've ever seen is a damn mystery! They have Robertson, Macelli, or Domi they can use to fill his spot on the PP and they would make a night and day difference! The entire organization is an utter FAILURE!

  22. That had to be the Knights easiest game of the year! Not one VGK was hit, NOTHING! Leafs couldn't even muster up a dirty look, let alone a HIT! What a gutless, pathetic team! Treliving, Berube, all assistant coaches, Wickenheiser, Pelley should ALL be FIRED immediately! Pelley is a country-club gelding who knows SHIT about sports!

  30. Stolar has to step his game up, either he has to go or to be traded for a better d-man or a better winger then Roy Just saying, probably get hated for this. But I agree Mitch turned on us because we dragged him out of Toronto, Never know he could’ve signed if someone didn’t expose his home address after playoffs.

  31. Typical Leafs fans. Probably the most loyal fans in the NHL, but also the stupidest fans. They don't seem to realize that Marner helped the Leafs GET to the playoffs. Have you noticed that many Leafs, that are chased out of town by the fans, go on to have great careers elsewhere, including Cup winners. No wonder the top players in the league want nothing to do with Toronto.

  35. like Joe Bowen said "It's a playoff game… And MArner played his normal playoff performance stats 0-0-0 with 1 shot 0 +-…….. as usual he is invisible when it matters and identifies as Trans-parent. I thought he was a "God" in the 6………
