Jeremiah Geiger spotlights Graham Pauley’s elite defense at third base, Otto Lopez’s breakout potential at shortstop, and Pete Fairbanks’ arrival as the Fish’s new closer—each a potential game-changer for the Marlins’ playoff ambitions. On the flip side, concerns mount around Connor Norby’s future, and Max Meyer’s struggles as a starting pitcher.

you should really add video and stats. would definably help make the video more interesting, if you hate video editing just use ai to do it for you.
I find it super informative to just listen and Pauley's D is elite any offense he can provide is just a bonus good stuff Jeremiah keep up the great work 👏
LOL The hat turned around? Someone got the memo from the post from a show fan. haha good job kid.
Pauley is not an elite hitter but is a good glove for sure… His bat is NOT MLB ready but I have hopes.
You were right with "catalysts" 😉
This is something I hate about YOUNG Marlins fans who have not experienced decades of Baseball… 18:40 in you're criticism on Max is not valid as he was coming off serious arm surgery and NOT EVERYONE who comes off that is dominant at first ask Sandy! Sometimes it takes a pitcher a season get his stuff together, and MAX was someone highly touted as a prospect who is now a year removed from TJ Surgery and subsequently underwent separate season-ending left hip surgery in July 2025 but this doesn't take away that 2026 can be the year he puts it together. NOT Everyone has instant MLB success. Especially young pitchers who have TJS and Hip Surgery. Will this be his last chance with the Marlins yes I agree there but like Braxton Garrett I don't wanna give up on them just yet because I think there is potential there for them to become special enough to either be with us long term or get back good prospects in trades.
As for 3rd base I don't think either Norby or Pauley is our 3rd baseman of the future… Neither hits well enough and Pauley while a good glove hit .224 with 4HR and Troy Johnston in LESS MLB time hit better and more HR…. And they ditched him. So given our depth now in the INF honestly both those guys wont be here in 2027 and look out if one or both is DFA during spring.
With Stowers I think we should sell while he's got the ALL STAR stuff from last year sell while he's got stock because a guy with 1 good season wanting 100 Million contract and who was hurt all of the last month can go kiss my ass I don't want him here long term. And we have a plethora of young hitting LF who have power coming up including the ORANGE Menace as I'm going call him Owen Caissie. Who everyone thinks is the next big deal. Can't have 8 OF all playing at once so someones gonna get gone soon… And to me I would trade Kyle Stowers, and get prospects for him during spring and move on with Heriberto Hernandez at LF splitting time with another OF. Why him? He's got potential for 20-25HR POWER and to me has a better eye than Stowers, also he is someone who is clutch, runs well has an excellent glove, and is a RIGHT HANDED Hitter in an almost entirely Left Handed OF. This folks is needed to balance the line up.
Also this team cannot give Stowers 100 Million that is absurd… MOVE on. To many good prospects to just hand out big contracts to Stowers after 1 good year… His best year is not even a decent year for most elite players, and only reason he went to the All Star game was cus yes he had good numbers but the Marlins being all full of rookies had nobody else to have them take. Remember he was not "SELECTED" by the fans but by the team as all teams need at least 1 guy to represent them. And I would argue that the Marlins 2025 MVP was Javier Ernesto Sanoja! He hit for more power, and .avg than Pauley and is about the best defender not just on the Marlins but his glove won a GG cus he's one of the best in all baseball and the kid plays EVERYWHERE but Catcher… He even pitches! LOL The best thing about BOTH Norby and Pauley is their names are cool but Norby is a better hitter than Pauley but Pauley has a better glove but is a .224 hitter last year.
