I’m wondering this as well. Because I’m taking my 5 year old son, and we’re an hour away on a good day.
Happens all the time in the Metro division. New Jersey, Islanders, rangers. Eastern seaboard gets blizzards all the time. Buffalo too.
January 17, 2024, Chicago @ Buffalo was PPD
colorado bringing the avalanche with them
I was wondering that too cause im going to the game tomorrow
This is Canada
HIGHLY doubt that’s happening!
Why is the game scheduled in the afternoon tomorrow?
It will have to be pretty bad for them to postpone. The Avs are (I assume) already in town.
I think it’s going to be way worse later in the afternoon / evening.. I highly doubt they’ll postpone it
I doubt they would, Toronto is always plowed, no postponing
Not likely. The Avs are already in town.
0 chance it gets postponed. It would take something a lot more than that.
I highly doubt it. I’ve had worse snow falls on work days before the pandemic and had to go into the office.
No it’s only really starting after 1pm and the game starts at 130.
Just trace amounts before then
Would do this team a bit of a favour tbh
It’s a very long stretch of dangerous temps & precipitation. It may get cold enough for rail switches to freeze/malfunction, in which case GO and possibly even ttc lines would be down. If that happens, hopefully they postpone it out of respect to fans who don’t live DT.
30cm is just winter. Unless power gets knocked out or something, nothing is getting cancelled.
2007 I lived in Ottawa and it fella metre at a time. It was wild.
And on top of that lakeshore west Go trains aren’t running forcing people like myself to drive there.
