Would prefer Nate. But we’ll see
Davis Webb, made an impression on Nix. Worked under Peyton, that alone should make you qualified. Plus, he's smart. The Ravens played DUMB offensive football for to long.
I think Pegula’s press conference was such a train wreck that Bills coaches are looking for other opportunities even if he’s an OC in Baltimore like he was in Buffalo. To keep Brady now, Bills might need to promote him.
No more experiments for either coordinator! Orr cost us too many games. Who does Lamar want?
Scheelhaase all day.
I would try to snag Mike McDaniel cause he didn’t officially signed with the Chargers.
I'd be happy with anyone but Kingsbury.
NATE SCHEELHASSE.
Here are some points a lot of this fanbase and you three may not realize or understand. For Cole and Jeff: play calling experience doesn’t matter as much, Mike McDaniel yes the guy everyone is clamoring for here in Baltimore never called plays before becoming an hc let alone an oc, he was a run game coordinator, Lia cohen did not call plays consistently before being an oc, Zach Taylor say what you want has stuck around for a reason and never called plays before getting hired as an hc. So in regards to sheelhaase; this is a guy who was hand picked by mcvay to develop offensive game plans and play book for Sean to call and orchestrate. That’s huge, so no play call g experience doesn’t matter such as people think. I ge the Orr thing but comparing him to sheelhaase is not fair nate has been a coach on multiple levels now and has coached multiple positions and filled multiple roles despite only being 34. Orr had only been coaching as a whole for 4 years before being named dc so it’s not apple to apples. That comparison is more relatable to webs case.
Webb is the minter of the offensive guys that would be cool.
I told yall already its going to be GRO!!
What's the point hiring Webb or Scheelhaase? If they are successful, they're both gone next year. Both already getting HC consideration.
I like Joe Brady
He do a good job with saving Josh from himself by the play calling
Zach Orr was described as someone who would be a star too. Even with Pagano and Mattison to help he still sunk when the pressure hit. One day Orr could be a good DC but he wasn't ready and it put the team in real hole. A rookie head coach with a rookie playcaller on the other side of the ball is very risky. There is a reason why Jim Caldwell came in as a mid-season replacement and was able to turn the offense around and win a Super Bowl. I can understand going with young potential as a DC with Minter running that side of the ball. For Offense and Special Teams get someone who has done the job before.
Daboll
Numerous reports that Kingsbury has no shot. Thank god
Klay Kubiak from SF
Webb is the best candidate for sure then kingsbury if they cant get Webb
McDaniel is such a missed opportunity. You finally have a generational QB and an HOF RB and they should've maximised the offense. A good DC is needed but defense needs better talents more than anything, it was legendary because of the talents.
The only problem with some of these guys, which I’ve seen other people point out, is that they’re guaranteed short term rentals. Scheelhasse is already getting serious head coach looks
