They just new video were the ICE agent was clearly justified for shooting at Alex Pretti. The man who had a gun one ICE agents knew he Alex Pretti was armed he took to the gun away. The guy Alex Pretti got up he touch his holster where thought he had his gun and got shot. Alex Pretti was not going to work he was trying to harass the ICE agents and his wagers of sin got him killed.

Simple solution: even though it's legal, don't carry a gun to a protest, don't get involved in an argument with law enforcement, and don't ever show your weapon when confronting law enforcement. The result was 100% predictable. A sad result that never had to happen.
