The fear is that Detroit is doing it with out gooning it up, superstar scoring or with an all-star overpriced line-up . It’s just honest hard work and they actually have bought into the system. Scaaaree stuff. Be afraid. Be very afraid.

John Gibson is the biggest pickup along with JVB who is amazing. Others are picking it up that is looking promising.
When Ville Husso was in Detroit, everything went through the goaltender, including beach balls.
It is all part of the curve. We are at the point to where these guys are actually seeing themselves as a team. You can see it body language etc. From a team who had moments of brilliance, and moments of self defeat, to a team that is giving everything every night. I agree with others about a right shot D, would be good to have, but I think its going to have to be a mostly money deal for Steve to bite. Cap space we got, but I know he is not going to be quick to start trading away up and coming talent for a playoff bandaid.
Gibson it amazing I miss him with the Ducks but we got 2 dostal and husso. But Gibson is amazing, glad he is doing so great
When Stevie Yzerman speaks. You listen. Prospects will continue to fill in the line up gibson is amazing. The real party starts when Cossa and Trey arrive.
If I'm not mistaken Vassalevski backed up Miller in the cup final one season. Stevie knows how to develop a goalie. Cossa will win Vezinas. And rings. Cossa backs up gibby next year.
