Leading the team in making a political statement wearing the hoodies, directly acknowledging his and their stance.

Even IF Pretti was impeding or obstructing those ICE agents, even if he brought a loaded gun to the scene, even if he physically struggled with the ICE agents, he did not deserve to be killed. He was not posing a threat of serious harm to the agents – especially after he was disarmed. No person is allowed to be an instant judge, jury and executioner.
