Dude wasnt even callin plays and he only been with ben 1 yr just hire brady he a damn good OC got josh his 1st mvp and brought his turnovers down substantially
I didnt think Todd monk was the problem 😂

Feels like the HC interview process, interview a bunch of people, pick the guy they are familiar with/players want. I'll wait for when the actual pick is announced for OC.
We need Brady or Cliff Kings because both have a creative offensive approach that would work for us

I would love a CO who knows the Ben Johnson offensive playcalling system I feel like he would be more aggressive on 4 Down plays and I feel like we should be more aggressive on 4 Downs plays not every NFL team have a QB like Lamar Jackson
