Outside of Lindor, who Ms wouldn't have payroll fior straight up…. only if Mets paid a pretty meaningful amount of yearly contract salary, Mets don't really have anyone that fits or helps Ms, would very likely have to be from a different more East Coast located NL or AL Team…. maybe even a great lakes region or more Midwest located team…. maybe ends up 1 of our most frequent trade partners, D Backs.

    Arroyo been getting tried out in OF, maybe he takes over a COF spot… potentially then could trade Randy if Arroyo bats well enough, especially if is also a meaningful D fielding improvement over Randy??

Sucks that's it will be virtually certain it will be at least 7-10 years for either or both of switch hitting shortstops to start reading the Majors for us & hopefully start having meaningful impact…. what we do at SS between next few years & then with JPs age & declining SS abilities, Emerson seemingly going to be projected as our probably longer term 3B, Young a 2B not SS, Arroyo probably OF or 2B not SS, leaves significant concerns for MLB starting SS going forward personally had concerns starting couple years ago at SS, and besides OF which we seem to have meaningful options coming up especially if Farmello health improves & holds up, is really only 1B depending on how our basically only quality Catcher prospect develops & plays going forward next hopefully at least several years.

  7. Loved, played, grew up all baseball. BUTT M’s are dead. So is MLB, pencil in Dodgers for the 5 peat and call me when they don’t win the WS. It’s not academic, it’s a waste of time,. You’ll know when they retract a couple teams in 2-3 years.

  11. You guys talk about a one for one trade, but I don't think a want to win team will want to move a star player. How about we get creative and think about a 3 team trade.
    Another team wanting Kirby sending prospects to them and a legit bats coming to the Ms. If the Ms need to add a prospect to the 3rd team then we might see a real quality player with a couple years of control coming back. Hit us back with some ideas.
