God i swear QBs look fucking strange as hell when they’re throwing the ball.
As someone who has played, moved on to a challenging and stressful career, and literally watches every snap of every Texans game, I can honestly say this kid has the physical ability to be truly special. His weakness isn’t physical. Unfortunately, this kid has never developed the mental toughness to perform under pressure. Initially, I thought it was his mindset of “don’t worry, be happy”. Now, I believe, he is simply limited mentally. This sounds mean and it’s not intended to be. Give him all of the best tools and make him feel safe…he will succeed. Otherwise, he will fold. Pretty common story these days. Not a hater of CJ, in the least, but I simply don’t see him having the mental strength to carry this team…or any other. Feel free to downvote my opinion…wont matter in the least.
