They really nailed our offensive issues in this convo – too many drives after kickouts, too many picked-up dribbles, and too much iso mismatch hunting.

I’m not sure if it’s Prunty’s fault or Mosley’s, but in my opinion, they both have to go. For casual onlookers who don’t watch a ton of Magic games to immediately say, “They look disorganized,” is a HUGE sign of the lack of coaching, preparation, and discipline from this staff.

Case in point: the Thunder. Yes, they have the reigning MVP, but that team is incredibly well-coached. I’ve said it most of this year—the issue is the coaching, not the players. Also, look at Charlotte: they benched their star player for not playing well. This coaching staff would never have the guts to do that with Paolo. And yes, he’s been playing well—but there are moments when he plays so soft that I’d make it a point to light a fire under him with a benching for those kinds of plays.
