Do the Mavs NEED to see Anthony Davis, Kyrie Irving, & Cooper Flagg together or just move on?

3. I used to be the guy that wanted to see this. Now I'm convinced AD will never be a healthy and productive player. If we have to salary dump davis then so be it.

4. We could wait for 20 years and this scenario will never be a reality. It’s not possible.

5. Once he is healthy again. Limit Davis to about 25-28 minutes a game. That's where he is now in his career, Imho and it might help keep him on the court.

   And by now they looks ok when they are playing and Maxey was playing fine, but it all falls apart anyways, and they still have 2 players on 50+ mil contracts while sharply declining.

12. If that’s actually on their minds then I suppose they’re not making any big swing at the deadline. Moving Davis could set them up for the future or hell even now, but this big 3 direction seems to be what they’re doing.

16. AD sucks! I don’t get the hype. Dude is a sorry player. Low effort, whiny, doesn’t get back on D. Jacks up terrible shots, his shot selection is awful. He’s got mad skills and height but none of the intangibles. Plus his sloth play rubs off on the other players.
    All this and then on top of it, he’s hurt more often than he plays. Th e biggest waste of money in the NBA.

18. I like AD and Kyrie. Great players. It is just a lot of money to put on the line. If they were both making $20 million, it wouldn't be so bad, but if this fails, Dallas will be on the hook for $100+ million for the next 2 years. Not to mention, you will do better but get less draft picks and lower quality draft positions. It is a big gamble. But building around Flagg isn't guaranteed to pan out either. Zion Williamson had a better rookie season than Flagg and look at where New Orleans is right now. They should have never traded Luka. Period.

21. I don't understand the point in seeing it.. I'm sure 3 great players together will be pretty great BUT what's the point? AD hasn't been able to string together more than 5 games over the past year. That's not how you build a contender that's ready for a deep playoff run when even guys without health issues are going to be banged up. Trade AD for the half a ham sandwich he's worth and move on…

24. Without AD and Kyrie, Dallas will be a sub-40-win team, and worse if they trade away players like Naji, Gafford, and PJ. If Dallas is okay with that, then fine. But people should not kid themselves. You will probably have 4-6 years of bad teams. Assuming you hit every on every draft pick you make.
