First off Jesse is killing the staff hiring so far. Out of all the people the bills could have realistically hired this is the best scenario. We know Brady’s offense with Josh Allen so the foundation of the game plan against that offense remains the same, with a new offense we would have to chuck out all the data and analysis over the years.

I honestly was not familiar with Minter. I don't profess to know all of the coaches and coordinators on each team because I don't. I will be the first to say I wanted Saleh or Flores. However, something about Minter has me excited. He has my attention.
What has put my mind at ease some is how so many have spoken so well about him. Word of mouth goes a long way. When you see the posts from some of the Chargers, this speaks volumes.
