Joe Gibbs making the playoffs 2x in 4 years and Scot McCloughan finishing over .500 2x in 2 years under Dan Snyder’s ownership are very impressive accomplishments.
the path to success is lined with the consequences of failures and how one deals with them. Snyder’s firings have led to many successes. If you could survive Snyder, you could succeed anywhere else.

Marty finished that season 8-3 in his last 11. And Dan fired him and Schneider so he could hire …. Steve Spurrier.
I remember that being the first red flag for me that the new owner might be a problem.
And people are confused and/or disgusted when I say “give DQ and AP time.”
No one ever proclaimed Dan Snyder to be a smart man.
Dear god – I did not know that is who Marty brought in. That man ruined this franchise in so many ways. I will forever be pissed about that worthless fuck making a $5+ billion profit off our franchise after doing the absolute worst job an owner could ever do. Make it make sense.
