[Jake Fischer}: “There’s absolutely some type of framework that’s being discussed and has been discussed between Golden State and Miami to send Jonathan Kuminga to the Heat and bring Andrew Wiggins back to the Warriors” Credible? Who knows

  1. Fischer writes for the Stein Line, he’s pretty credible. That doesn’t mean it *will* happen, but if he’s reporting it then there is at least a discussion.

  2. Last season in that 12-3 stretch with Melton and Wiggins we were solid. Didn’t we beat the Celtics and OKC two consecutive games? Then again, Buddy’s magnet ball was insane and he was on the MVP ladder. I wonder how close to that we can be with Wiggins. Realistically, a trade that makes us 9-6 in a 15 game stretch is more reasonable.

  3. Can we do a trade deadline trade that isn’t just bringing back a player we had a year before? Jimmy was a good start but we did this previously with GP2 when we got him for Wiseman. I would rather see some new blood that could add something new rather than retread a player we know what they are going to add.

  4. As a Heat fan, I don’t see this coming to fruition. Spo and Kerr are cut from similar cloth. If Kerr hates Kuminga, shit ain’t gonna be sweet in South Beach either. Especially since we’re already having similar issues with Ware.

  5. I would have been excited about this if we still had Jimmy. I’d take it over nothing I suppose.

  6. With that happens, in the end…. Jimmy’s own tantrum just rewarded him a new $120 contract and now a solid excuse to continue to refusing to play for the Heat.

  7. Not that I don’t like Wiggs, but why are the Warriors obsessed with their ex’s? There are 500 players out there and we just want to recreate the ’22 Championship team.

  8. About the *only* player in the world I did not want as a return for the Kuminga trade and of course they are considering him. This FO is a joke.

  9. heat fan here, love wiggs and wouldve felt bad if we shipped him out to the bucks or something

trading back to ya’ll for a profit would be awesome considering he never wanted to leave in the first place

  10. I’m okay with this as long as we trade for another shooter. Wiggins regressed offensively in my opinion before the trade easily got stripped going to the rim and missed opened shots. We need a shot up the ass of offense

  11. Unless something has changed, Fischer tends to report on all the discussions that he’s aware of, while other reporters tend to only report if it’s more concrete.

  12. I mean this is absolutely gonna make this team better. Its not a ceiling raising move, but it helps us keep our floor. We’ve missed having an effective on-ball primary defender since trading Wiggs and its very obvious that’s a position of need. Wiggins might not average 20 but if he can give 15 PPG with the occasional 20+ on nights Steph goes cold, I will take it. As for what to do with Jimmy’s injury & Contract and whether or not we will trade him, we’ll see.

  13. There’s nothing we can do at this point to become a championship so why not bring wigs back for the vibes and ride out into the retirement sunset

  14. not sure how effective Wiggins will change our seeding in the West, but the vibe will be much better and vivid for the Dubs after losing Jimmy…

  15. What move is out there that helps us contend against the top 4 teams in the west? We gonna have to thug it out and embrace the pain. Back to pre-2007 warriors where other nba fans didn’t even know we existed
