“The Bulls results over the next week could determine their path at the deadline”

  1. Crazy to me that there’s clearly no long-term plan. Making reactionary decisions on a week-to-week basis is an insane way to run a sports franchise.

  2. My thing is, what’s the end goal? We have 7 expiring contracts on the team, squeezing out everything we can to make the 6th seed with a team that’s gonna look very different next year genuinely makes zero sense

  3. The 3 Miami Heat games are going to be important. If Bulls win all 3, I think they going to keep the team. Anything less, changes are going to be made

  4. We’ve been in this spot for four years now. That’s not coincidence, that’s intentional. This is their plan, probably because it yields the highest earnings with minimal investment.

  5. **Jerry owning the team** is what determines “their path at the deadline” … and that ain’t good for fans of his team(s), and that ain’t nothin’ remotely new.
