Seems to me he wants to be back on the team next season

  1. If he’s healthy and can compete for that RB1 paycheck, but I’m not putting money on that.

He’s 10 milli if he plays, 2 milli dead cap if he doesn’t. So he’s gotta be better than an 8 milli RB1 after whatever happened to his foot last year.

  2. would love to have him but hes getting older, taking a year off is hard on players, especially on running backs and we need the cap space too

FA Breece Hall is honestly this teams better option, Cheaper, Younger, yet still proven.

  3. Would’ve been great if he, y’know, showed up to a single game at all this season

  4. How is this dude all fired up to play right as the season ends? Seems like he is trying to fool the Texans into paying him that 8 million. I would cut bait.

  5. Just rework his deal, he’s got 0 guarantees rn. I’m not quite sure what his market value would be considering the injury, if he’s even healthy at this point. But give him a decent sized guaranteed base salary with a workout bonus and some decent incentives to get him on the field.

  6. We haven’t heard if he wants to be back or even if he has the ability.

My guess is if he does come back he’ll be on the same level as Chubb.

  7. This morning, John Granato said he talked to a doctor about Mixon and intimated that he is a long shot to ever play again. He wouldn’t get into the specifics, but said that Mixon had an injury that just wouldn’t heal.

  8. This guy is handling everything the past year so strangely. Idk how he thinks this is a good idea to post.
