  1. I am still processing being at game 2 of the 2016 ALCS and watching Tomlin just get one out after another.

  2. He was one of my favorite Indians. Just a sleepy good pitcher and I felt like he always came through when we needed it.

  3. One of my all-time favorite Cleveland pitchers. He didn’t throw hard, but had good accuracy, limited walks and knew how to change speeds and mix things up. If his control was off he got shelled, but I loved watching him pitch.

  4. i was at this game, and man did it fly by. i was also at the next day’s game, when felix hernandez returned the favor and 1-hit us.

just looked them up – 2:24 and 2:17, respectively.

  5. he had a crazy good streak going for a while too, so many straight starts going 6+ innings or something like that

  6. When this guy was on it was something to watch. Masterful stuff. Losing this type of guy in the game these days

  7. I’m not sure why I’ve been seeing more Josh Tomlin content lately, but I’m not upset about it at all. Dude was just a perfect Cleveland player who hit his peak at exactly the right time for our team. Big ole Tejas quevos on that dude.
