He hasn’t been perfect but when we needed him he’s there for the jaguars and never shy’s away from spending. When he has the right people for the job he’s the right owner.

As far as billionaires go, he’s not bad.
My favorite trait about him is he knows he’s a good businessman, but he’s not an NFL GM.
The outlook of the franchise has vastly improved since he took over in general . Should’ve never have hired Baakle in the first place though. Everyone I saw talking about it was skeptical at best after what he did in San Fran
In my opinion he’s definitely better than most NFL owners (as we’ve seen during this HC cycle there are quite a few aholes) but he just didn’t know what he was doing for a hot second until recently, bringing Boselli in has helped him a lot and was a very wise choice along with finally giving us a full clean slate to get Coen
Fun fact: Shad Khan’s first job upon moving to the United States from Pakistan at age 16 was washing dishes for $1.20 an hour
Big moment for me buying into Liam was that early McAfee show appearance he did. They tried to clown on Shad for his voice cracking during his post game speech in the locker room after the first win this season. Liam shut that shit down so fast, and heaped praise on Shad for everything he’s done to the point even Pat joined in to give Shad credit for how much support he gives the team and the staff and that’s he’s willing to do anything if you can convince him it will benefit the organization.
I am thankful he’s not an overbearing owner like Tepper was, and he’s not a piece of shit(that we know of) like Snyder. My only real complaint is him making us the front runner of the overseas games. While I’m certain every team is going to be forced to give up a home game overseas, I just don’t like having to have suffered losing a Duval game for so long.
But thank god he hired Boselli. Shad knows his short comings and has always tried to trust those who _should_ know better.
Shad seems like a good dude who happens to be a billionaire
He doesn’t know much about football, but he’s admitted that and he’s learning.
And always ready to open the wallet to upgrade the team
He’s the reason the team is still in Jacksonville.
He’s probably one of the best owners in terms of having deep pockets and not getting too involved
I could never dislike this man.
He signed a 30 year lease to keep the Jags here and never hesitates to write the checks when he needs to.
I want a Super Bowl win, but Shad deserves one.
