Baltimore Ravens hired Jesse Minter to be their head coach, but now it’s time for him to fill out his staff. They haven’t hired an Offensive Coordinator as of yet, but they’re bringing on a really good O-line Coach/Run Game Coordinator for this football team, in Dwayne Ledford, formerly of the Atlanta Falcons.
