Its all about building around Flagg.
If somebody doesn't fit, they have to trade him.

In theory, Dallas could win with this team. I am a Luka fan. I will always root for Luka. But I will absolutely admit, that end to end, right now, Dallas probably has better players and potential players. LA gutted their team for LeBron and AD to win that title in the bubble and they are paying the piper now. The good news is they have $150 million freeing up soon. However, Luka makes up for all of that. 14-2 in clutch games and 17-0 when leading at half. Eleven games above 500. LA has no business being 11 games above 500 in a stacked West, but that is the Luka effect. Now, that is the real question for Dallas too. Does Dallas really want to gut its team for the unknown future? Because if they do, it might take 7 to 10 years to even have a shot at the finals again.
