1. The only teams that should trade for Karl Anthony Towns should be teams that have perimeter defense, paint defense, and rebounding completely covered. Those are effort stats. This guys effort is maddeningly inconsistent. Tried pairing him with a 4x DPOY and Ant–No. Tried sticking him in a defense-minded team with a defense-minded coach and another elite guard–None of it worked. He's the common denominator. I wouldn't consider him a franchise player. He's a stretch-5 who doesn't do any 5 type stuff.
