6. 2 first time NFL coordinators. Either DQ is going to talk TO us in January next year as a coach, or talking WITH us as a fan.

8. I can live or die with these two coordinators; was afraid we'd go "safe" with DQ friends, like JWJ. Rasheem Morris: 9 yrs, no top-10 defense; mostly in the 20s. Al Harris: Lots of yards and points allowed; stays in games by turnovers. Tired of players like Chase Young, Kam Curl, and Forbes going to other teams and playing better.

9. This is a 1-year experiment. This is better than blaming last year on injuries and staying status quo for another year. DQ and AP know this, and are either fixing the problem or going out with a bang. Now AP needs to loosen the purse strings snd get some younger, faster vets in here. Enough with the 1-year rentals. Having said that, replacing 35 players means better chance to bring in the players the coordinators want.

The Flores scheme if he is going to run it elevates personal quarters and palms small triangles behind the D line on each side you take this guy i run with the the 2 u take the flat the D line stunts on the way to QB mixed in with some zero blitz and some Tampa 2 this is going to be a home run hire !!

11. The aggressive part of this scheme makes you take a playmaker off the field to protect there looking for the O line to be in jumbo personal to win the numbers game

16. I like what you pointed out B Mitch. Revo is definitely one player that will thrive in the new defensive scheme. They’re 2 other players I know, Mikey and Luvu. We know these guys are dogs, they were not used properly in Joe Witts defense. Now we know who was behind the success of Dallas defense especially the secondary when DQ and Joe Witt was there.
    AL HARRIS. I like this move with Daronte Jones. Honestly I didn’t know much about him until now. He’s from my home town in Capitol Heights! He was Brian Flores right hand man. His track record is great. Top level defenses everywhere he’s been. And you look at the Vikings D. They don’t have any top Elite player but they play hard fast and violent. This is what we need. Make the players we have better and add through the draft and free agency.

17. All head coaches didn't have head coaching experience. Ben Johnson didn't call plays until 2022 with lions and became a head coach in 2 years.

31. None of this matters if Adam Peters doesn’t make a complete 180 with his team building skills. All of the coaches that have been fired or are in danger of being fired ( DQ) are victims of his miserable performance over his first two years

34. Exactly about everyone must have a start somewhere. I am going to use players instead of coaches here, it's like fans wanting a QB to be like Tom Brady immediately. When Brady won the Super Bowl the year he became the starter in the middle of the season, that made everyone want an immediate starter who will take the team to and win the Super Bowl. I would love that but it generally doesn't happen. This is the same way with coaches.

35. 9:14 I think it’s good that he’s from here and probably grew up rooting for the team. I suspect that all other things being equal, you’ll get better results from a guy who really cares about the team than from a guy who sees winning in Washington mostly as a way to build up a reputation on his way to a head coaching job.

    So if they fail with 2 new Coordinators he has a scape goat. But if this fails He might be the neck that gets axed. But Jimmy’s and Joes go with the X’s and O’s. Also a sustained offense keeping the defense not in the field 40 mins a game helps
