Brandon Duhaime fined for unsportsman like conduct from the bench, presumably for hitting Melanson

I didn’t piece together that it was Duhaime that clotheslined Melanson from the bench until the fine came out. Looked pretty intentional. (6:37 left in 2nd is the replay, I don’t know how to clip video) Melanson really got under his skin!

Well there is still time to call a retroactive penalty and remove their goal apparently 🙄

Brandon Rust just got 3 games for an elbow to Boeser. (Deserved)
That move could cause serious harm, NHL needs to stop waiting for players to get hurt to do something
I love Melansons play… need that all day everyday. Then he went and won his fight lol
GOOD. The Capitals wasting most of the game by being sore losers was definitely an interesting strategy.
It looked intentional to me…couldn’t believe they didn’t call that interference.
He totally did that on purpose. Melly got under all of their skin, he had them all worked up and feeling inadequate.. he was just better, faster and hit harder than them so of course one of them pulled some BS.. should have been a penalty
