1. The lack of OC options concerns, me because all of these new HCs hires are not wasting time snatching up these OC candidates. We might end up with what's left, and who knows who that will be?

2. Lamar won 2 MVPs…with two different OCs..

   Normally when changing OCs it's a detriment and often used as an excuse as to why a QB isn't performing up to standard… Lamar just keeps excelling.

   So the lack of OCs beating down the door to come here doesn't matter.. Mike McDaniel just wants to be coaching in good weather..winning isn't his priority..In Baltimore winning is the priority. So I never wanted him anyway. And he's unserious

   I think we should promote from within because the bottom line is you want an OC who wants to be in Baltimore as an entity. Not some flash in the pan from another culture/city. Lamar is the big dog here. He can carry any OC. Of Lamar is cool with him I like the Tee Martin guy. Jamal Lewis gave a compelling argument that won me over.

3. Maybe someone can answer this for me: how the hell did Faalale make it to the NFL? I lost count after 20 for the amount of times I watched that man not even just getting bowled over like he was a lightweight, but straight up not putting a finger on an opponent…how do you not have enough of a brain to at least TRY to stop someone?? It REALLY hurts my head how he made it in the NFL…

5. I blame the Baltimore Ravens front office for taking so long to hire a head coach. Because had they hire their head coach a little bit sooner than that way he can hire his assistant coaches right away. This has always been a problem with the Ravens they take their time with everything that they do, and wind up getting the leftovers

6. Ugh this is why I wanted an OC head coach. DCs were PLENTIFUL while a good OC is hard to find and constantly in turnover (and D is much easier to install). It looks like Minter had no plan, hiring assistants before coordinators… we don’t even know what scheme we will be running on the offense? How can you hire assistants before a coordinator? For real idk how they hired someone without a pretty firm idea on who he would bring in to run the offense for a 2x mvp… I like him but let’s be honest this is a BIG red flag. I hope I’m wrong but this doesn’t inspire any confidence.

7. We could have had Kubiak running the offense and now we are talking about Tee Martin… wtf are we doing here? I like Minter but the front office had no plan, this was a panic hire and they admitted it. This has been completely fumbled at this point unless they pull a rabbit out of the hat and steal an OC. It appears Minter didn’t even have an offense scheme in mind with talking about interviewing all these random, unproven, wildly different scheme coaches… Yea Q good things do happen to those who wait… the ravens should have waited until Kubiak at least got an interview or waited to make sure Minter had a plan before hiring him… Tee Martin as OC sounds like Zach Orr 2.0…

9. I called for Tee Martin to be OC weeks ago. It just makes sense. Lamar and Snoop have played very well with him here. Why wouldn't a QB coach with a 2 time MVP (really 3) not get promotion opportunities?
