I’d resign Josh and Brady but let Cade walk. Instead of signing Trey Hendrickson or Jalen Phillips for 25 mil maybe get a mlb in free agency like quay walker or dean for 15-20 mil. Then in draft go pass rusher on the first center in the second and safety in the 3rd. Oline in the rest. I’m also trying to lock up Coker for 3 years. Maybe offer 7 mil a year and see if he bits. They could offer league minimum and he has to accept for one year or sit out so maybe he’ll go for 7-3years

The culture in Carolina has shifted in a good way.

Definitely optimistic about TMac at WR1 and Coker at WR2, Scourton having a ton of upside as a young DE, Brooks finally getting healthy enough to compete for RB1, and the core leadership in the locker room (Young, Brown, and Hubbard).
I'm most excited about continuity for the GM and coaches. I think that makes all the players better and it's been a zoo for a decade.
I believe whole heartedly that we already have that “we need to worry about him” guy. He goes by Jimmy Horn, in space… or a missed assignment. That man is GONE
We made strides for sure and I love the progress. The only issue I see is the o-line being so expensive and being more than 2 pieces away. If we can figure that out we will be more than ok

I think Horn should get more burn at WR 3 next season. He could be that can opener WR (Take the top off the defense) that we need to truly unlock this offense.
My concern is I haven't really heard anything about any front office moves. Is the whole staff from last year just running it back? Bring in some new faces at least.
