[Fan Hockey Show 10:40] Friedman says Panarin and his agent reached out to the Ducks, Panarin was pretty interested because of his history with Quenneville, but as of last night ANA is not a likely destination because the Ducks preference is not doing an extension right away.

  1. We won’t have the cap space to re-sign him after this season, and we aren’t expected to make a deep run in the playoffs this season so timing just isn’t on our side here.

We really shouldn’t be doing any trades unless it’s to cap dump Killorn/Strome/Vatrano.

Re-signing our RFAs and Trouba should be our first priority right now.

  2. yah I was afraid to learn wheat kind of money Panarin wants, I’d rather watch a dumpster fire like the Kings think they need him.

  3. Panarin: “I’d love to play in Orange County! Whaddya say, Ducks?”

  4. Good, as soon as I heard McQueen and other players possibly being traded, I lost interest, just too expensive anyway

  5. This is textbook hardball from Verbeek. Who knows what Panarin actually values the most but the Ducks seem high on his list because of all the factors Elliotte mentioned.

  6. I’m cracking up being 38 and being tempted to make comments about how he’s too old. 😂

  7. weird, i seem to remember people here crying about how q would be a stain on our team and have the opposite effect, that players wouldnt want to play under him and it would make it hard for us to attract players

where did all those braindead people go?
