On Daron Payne – You don't want to give him the comfort of an extension, because he has shown to play harder when a future contract is on the line. If we could get a 3rd pick for him, I'd prefer to trade him, otherwise just keep him and make him earn his next contract…wherever that ends up being. On trading back twice…If we get that haul of picks, sure but obviously not likely at all.
I think McGee and Tyler Owen will be a big part of this defense

Commanders in the past were the best team in NFL history with a 14-2 record they out scored other teams do you think this year that the commanders will get a starting edge rusher in this years draft and is there any blue chip wide receivers that could help impact our team thanks again ?

The Daronte Jones hire is a B-. You never know how a coach will do(even one with experience), until you see it on the field. That being said I’m satisfied with both coordinator hires, they both come with a lot of potential. As far as the draft goes, I’m sure the Commanders WONT trade down. If last year showed us anything it’s that the commanders don’t have enough impact players on either side of the ball. When you trade down, you can get solid players that can fill a roster but you may miss out on impact makers. The Commanders may be in position to take the best receiver or end in the draft at pick 7 and I don’t see them trading down. Terry is the only player they had that could consistently stretch the field and when he got hurt the offense struggled. You don’t think they could use another young playmaker receiver? What about possibly getting the best edge rusher in the draft, you think they’re going to pass that up to get a player that won’t make the starting line up?
It better be a very good coaching, Dan Quinn Job is on the line no doubt, offense and defense coaching, I give it a "A".
