  7. I think the past coaching staff relied on Lamar like a crutch for everything. If Jesse establishes a true team effort this team might win more than 1 SB.

  18. I watched the whole presser while at work. I had to go to my back office and lock the door! Lol! I like his vibe. The fact he's a defensive minded coach is a great piece of our "Get Right 2026" puzzle. The way he said " I'm looking for a connector and an innovator and a scheme builder around the best player in the world" tells me that he's serious about bringing the best outta 🎱 and our Ravens! I know this is all talk for the moment but I'm feeling optimistic about what's to come next season! THANKS FOR COMING TO MY TED TALK!😅😅💜🖤

I want an OC who has the type of imagination that has no limits that will do play action a lot as well as trick plays and plays where Lamar Jackson runs to either side to draw players in and then throws the ball to a receiver if they chase him and if they don't he can run!!! So different things like that and just like I said have a huge imagination for doing all types of different things that like the head coach said make it easy on Lamar and work with his skill set!

  31. And we also need to have offensive plays that have somebody in a position to make a play if the original play is not good and we don't have to just look silly and waste to play or try tha busted play!!!

  37. I like the HYPE around him, and it's a copycat league young coches, but he sure skipped the coaching carousel line. If this goes south, Lamar will get the blame and he'll be getting old. Why not get an offensive coach? The Ravens have the best running game in the league, and potential passing attack (Play Action) The were KILLING the STEELERS with it. The defense blew it
