  1. I think your spot on with your analysis as a 50 year fan though I believe Ross is looking about a 5 year plan to compete and I shopping at goodwill with his coaching hires have little or no experience or success they will either blossom or crash together

  2. How do you not know they are setting up to work with Ewers, since he showed some great play for the last 3 games. Look up the reviews on Ewers from guys that breakdown the video, they all state that Ewers played great for a rookie.

  3. Dolphins new OL coach, Yesner was Ky OL coach when Levis was there. I know Levis is no prize, but may be worth kicking the tires… Cam Ward has the Tn job locked up. Levis is expendable. I would bring Levis, Richardson, and Willis in to compete with Ewers, may the best man win!

  4. LOL – You are making a ton of assumptions and jumping to conclusions. Enjoy your speculation. The only thing you got right is that they will likely draft a QB but it won't be 1st round and their will be a competition with who ever they have at the time. Don't assume the guy they draft will start and don't assume the Tua is gone yet even if they draft a QB. The cap hit to keep Tua is far less than it is to cut him. I doubt they'll find a traded partner so unemotional logic tells you that if they are paying him anyway it is better to keep him and let him compete. You claim it's a fact they want to move on from Tua. when did you hear them say that? I didn't because they didn't say that. You are hearing what you want to hear. I want them to move on from him too but financially it might be better to keep him. Stop claiming things are facts when they are not.

  5. GM Jon-Eric Sullivan: "We're going to draft a quarterback every year" — This is a philosophy going back to Ron Wolf with the Packers in the 1990's. Jon-Eric Sullivan came up in the Green Bay system, working with John Schneider (Seahawks GM who drafted Russell Wilson in the 3rd round), Reggie McKenzie (who drafted Derek Carr with the Raiders), Brian Gutekunst (who drafted Jordan Love), Eliot Wolf (Ron Wolf's son, who is now with N.E.) who drafted Drake Maye, and John Dorsey (who drafted Patrick Mahomes when he was Chiefs GM) . . . In 1994, Ron Wolf had these quarterbacks in Packers' training camp: Brett Favre, Mark Brunell, Ty Detmer, and Kurt Warner . . . Warner and Favre are in the Hall of Fame and Brunell played 19 seasons in the NFL, starring with Jacksonville . . . So there definitely is a "tradition" of drafting quarterbacks … Caveat: some of these QB draft picks will be 6th or 7th round picks, but they will always invest in the position, or they will trade for them (like when Green Bay traded a 7th round pick for Malik Willis).
