  3. FINALLY a Bronco YT’er who sees Sean needs to do ALLLLL things HC except call plays.

    He can design, build/maintain culture, recruit, make game decisions and be the final word, etc… Just let someone come in and do the play calling.

    I can call his plays 60/70% of the time and I am a nobody.

    PLEASE let that happen!

  21. Sean Payton has to stop calling plays. We need a new style on offense and FASTER play calling. That was the major frustration from Bo Nix this year. You could see his frustration when waiting for the play to be called in.

  22. Personally, I think they should have had more misdirectional play concepts for the running backs… Additionally, Bo Nix should be starting to wear special hightop cleats that are more rigid for ankle support — in addition to flexibility…👍
