OKC is looking for a center I’m hearing👀👀

  1. Dayron for Dieng and that Rockets or Sixers pick this season makes a lot of sense for both squads. Go with BPA with our pick and use that pick and our 2nd round to move down to grab the best big available (Cenac/Steinbech).

  2. i don’t get it. they are looking for a center but also trying to trade their center? lol

  3. They need depth some depth in light of injuries. Hartenstein with the calf, JDub with the hamstring, Cason Wallace with the Hip. They have the draft capital to be able to make moves.

They’re not gonna try and pull off a move for Giannis; they’d have to give up too much and their chemistry is the reason why they are doing what they just as much as the talent and defensive prowess.

Grew up a NJ Nets fan but have lived in Oklahoma City for over a decade and pull for Thunder.

  4. These are the FRPs that OKC owns via other teams, for those of you who need this to make a determination:

    > 2026 first round draft picks from Houston and / or L.A. Clippers (Oklahoma City outgoing to Washington). Oklahoma City will receive the two most / more favorable of its 2026 1st round pick, Houston’s 2026 1st round pick protected for selections 1-4 and the L.A. Clippers’ 2026 1st round pick.

    > 2026 first round draft pick from Philadelphia. Philadelphia’s 1st round pick to Oklahoma City protected for selections 1-4 in 2026 and 1-4 in 2027.

    > 2026 first round draft pick from Utah. Utah’s 2026 1st round pick to Oklahoma City protected for selections 1-8.

    > 2027 first round draft pick from Denver. Denver’s 1st round pick to Oklahoma City protected for selections 1-5 in 2027, 1-5 in 2028 and 1-5 in 2029.

    > 2027 first round draft pick from L.A. Clippers (Oklahoma City or Denver outgoing). Oklahoma City has the right to swap its 2027 1st round pick or, if conveyed to Oklahoma City, Denver’s 2027 1st round pick protected for selections 1-5 for the L.A. Clippers’ 2027 1st round pick.

    > 2027 first round draft pick from San Antonio. San Antonio’s 2027 1st round pick to Sacramento protected for selections 17-30 or to Oklahoma City protected for selections 1-16.

    > 2028 first round draft pick from Dallas. Oklahoma City has the right to swap its 2028 1st round pick for Dallas’ 2028 1st round pick.

    > 2029 first round draft pick from Denver. Only if and at least two years after Denver conveys a first potential 1st round pick to Oklahoma City, then Denver’s next potential 1st round pick to Oklahoma City protected for selections 1-5 in 2029 and 1-5 in 2030.

Personally, I don’t want **any** FRPs in 2027.

  5. For those confused, Hartenstein is good, but OKC can’t pay everyone. So, they are looking to trade Hartenstein. They will replace him with a cheaper center (who isn’t as good because there aren’t many as good as iHart).

  6. I will trade them DayDay for Sixers pick and Isiah Joe. I’d love to push for LAC pick, but that would be a NO without hesitation.
