Phillies legend
17 years is a crazy career
The man hated Pacific time
Pretty cool career for a reliever. An All-Star appearance, a career 143 ERA+, 179 career saves, and an 11.8 K/9 ratio. He was rarely anything less than a great reliever, and he could’ve kept playing another year or two, too. In fact, he was pretty overlooked at times, as some elite non-closer relievers can be.
Glory to David Robertson
Congratulations to The Admiral. 🫡
A warrior poet! Your efforts are appreciated. You gave all you had, and we stand here a witness to greatness!
He always wore black shoes with no logos. Very neat guy.
Careers like his really put guys like Jeter into perspective; spending a lengthy career with one team is so rare
He was nails with the Rangers. Congrats on the retirement

Made $105 million in his career as a reliever. Impressive.
Plus his time in the NBA after the Navy.
The last 2009 Yankee in the big leagues. Wild, what an under appreciated career.

I completely forgot he pitched for Tampa.
