The Carolina Panthers are in offseason mode but there are some franchises still looking for head coaches. Defensive Coordinator Ejiro Evero interviewed with the Las Vegas Raiders and NFL insiders have reported that he still may have an opportunity if things fall his way.

I’m really on the fence about him leaving. I do think he’s a good DC. But it also might not be a bad idea for everyone to have a fresh start.
Evero doesn't seem to believe that he needs an elite pass rusher for his scheme to work.
Our franchises were always 4-3 and those were the defenses that took us to playoffs and both Super Bowl. We NEED to go back to that. No upgrade to the linebacker and only secondary also.
I dont really know how I feel about him but regardless he needs more talent. Good pass rusher and a lb would make me happy

I just don't think our team is built for what he wants to do. We need a good 4-3 defense.

Do we really want him to go? Ejiro took a very respectable defense and made it to the statistically worse in NFL history to a mid defense. The defections in 2024 from our defense has to considered too.
