Justin does stink. The only thing I give props to arty smith is he made fields look like a serviceable QB. Russ is well russ he played fine until he didn’t. Aaron is by far the best outta three still.
Pure yardage isn’t the best overall comparison by far

I too would prefer the future hall of famer over washed up Russell Wilson and Justin Fields.
Passing numbers were down across the league. Our offense performed much better in the red zone and with TOs, despite our lack of non-DK WRs and a bunch of 3-TE sets.
Rodgers is a bum too now. He’s never been a class act

Let’s assume we don’t have common sense and say they both had equally bad performance.
Now lets have common sense again and try to understand why people want him back if he decides to actually come back.
Why does Russell or Field had to offer back then? Absolutely nothing. Fields is a bust running QB that cant remember his WR route and Russell was a incredible athlete with a powerful arm, but the reason he started to suck ass so quickly in comparison to any good QB that made it pass 38-40 years old is that hes not a football genius, like Brady, Manning, Brews, etc. Hes not in his prime anymore and you instantly felt it. He had absolutely no value for anyone at this point.
Is Rodger too old? Yes, but he still has value to us because HE IS A FOOTBALL GENIUS like the list above.
What is the main issue the Steelers are facing right? No QB to work this offense since Ben left and we can even say after his shoulder injury.
Was not a fan of McCarthy hire but if McCarthy, Khan, and Rodgers believe Will Howard could be a franchise Qb for the Steelers. Well, having Rodgers for one more year is a blessing even if he does worse in 2026. If Will Howard ends up being a bust after 2-3 years what have we lost? A 6 rounder ? I’m ready to give it a try.
I dont even love Rodgers. But the Steelers receivers are pretty trash. Forcing the ball to Dk and Gainwell is their whole offense. On a rare occasion Calvin Austin actually tries. I think he did pretty good
