DeMeco basically saved this franchise considering it was seen as one of the biggest dumpster fires at the time. Easy to forget that now, but Caserio was on the hot seat and Cal was viewed as a joke.
You wonder where this teams ultimate success would be if he was given a veteran OC. Experimental OCs has hampered his overall success.
I know black don’t crack but he’s clearly aged in three years, that’s insane lol.

Remember in the playoffs when we were losing in the final few minutes and he punted the ball instead of going for it? What the hell was that ….
Sure, it’s not likely you’re gonna get two quick scores but it is possible. But by punting you go from a small chance to a 0% chance. Guess he was tired of watching that offense and gave up.

This dudes ceiling is a defensive coordinator. He doesn’t know/care enough about offense for this to ever be a serious team.
