ESPN sources: the Buffalo Bills are expected to hire Broncos defensive passing game coordinator and assistant HC Jim Leonhard as their defensive coordinator. Leonhard visited the Chargers and Ravens, but now will be in charge of the Bills’ defense.

  7. I thought Leonhard would have been out new DC if Vance left for a HC position. This sucks because he was a good coach at Wisconsin and a great player for the Broncos

  10. The players play and the coaches are not the reason they do so good. Dude if Vance leaves no big deal. If any of the coaches leave no loss. No excuse they did not coach good enough to win when they had it all in their hands. Flap your lips.

  12. He doesn't matter what offensive coaches we lose, as long as Sean is calling the plays. I kno. I kno, he's gonna give the play calling to D.Webb, I'll believe it when I see it

  19. Broncos need to prioritize going out and getting a good #1 WR & a #1 RB. Unfortunately I don’t think Dobbins is gonna get resigned for how often he’s out of games.

  26. C'mon…. Its not that big of a deal.

    This guy couldn't coach up Jahdae Barron to get on the field with any regularity. Being the assistant HC and defensive passing game coordinator on a team with the pass rush of the Broncos and Patrick Surtain as CB1, plus Vance Joseph as your DC means you have to really really screw up to not have success.
