  1. yo wait this is great all the jets I know were yapping about how he was a scrapegoat for the jets

  2. Matty Ice remembers how good that Kyle Shanahan coaching staff was during the Super Bowl run and said YUP let’s try to do that again

    Also Tommy Rees is here

  3. The coaching staff is getting really good. I’m about to OD on hopium for the next season

  4. man this has shaped to be a goddamn killer coaching staff (shut the fuck up about Rees i’m tired of this conversation)

  5. I think this is a great hire,Jets fans seem to think he had potential and it was a bad firing since he had an abysmal roster and qb play. He’s also a good backup option if Rees fails

  6. This is the result of the difference between McKay and Matt.

These coaches hires have been underrated as fuck.

  7. feels like a genuine reason to be excited about this staff. Rees and Stefanski are great with run design, but the passing was gonna be a concern….enter Engstrand and AVP, who is also a former OC and pass game coordinator and I think we have the makings for a very dynamic offense. Hope this also means we’re going to keep Tyler allgeir

  8. “What happened in NY is he did everything he was supposed to do and put everyone in the best position to succeed but he couldn’t force Justin Fields to throw the ball on time to an open man or force Brady Cook to be remotely accurate and he couldn’t magically heal Garrett Wilson’s knee so the team tried to demote him and he rightly said “nah fuck that”. Dudes were open all day, the OL was stellar, the roster was abysmal and he somehow made them function and still this bullshit.”

  9. Hey guys. I don’t know enough about these lower level coaches. Are we cooking? These seem to be serious men for serious roles, rather than scrape whatever we can get and hope for the best.
