1. As long as the guys we sign aren't in the top 51 for the cap, sign as many as we can. Get more draft picks and draft a kicker. We are paying a kicker and a full back a combined 10 mil. That's ridiculous.

There is no time to let things heal, they need to rebuild now and maybe don’t make a bunch of splashes in free agency, but you need a couple solid pieces to help this team other than the draft. If Ross has to pay a little more up front so be it, this ultimately is his mess.

20. I feel like a ground 0 rebuild is needed, too many past mistakes by Grier has made the cap hell we are currently in and giving up so many picks has thinned out the draft selection. I'm guessing that's not clear yet from the gm/hc future plans.

21. Guys I think the problem is player agents and us. We have taken a gladiator sport and turned it into a daytime soap opera.

    We are all complaining about free agent mess Grier left us in, but we all were for Ramsey, Chubb, hill, waddle and even tuas extension. We have sat here for months talking about these bad deals, we put pressure to make these deals, and now we are doing same thing with Malik Willis. everyone is like we got have him.

    We sign Malik to even a 10 million salary and we are way over paying again he is a back up qb who has about same avg stats as Quin, we need experience not more cap hell and that is what paying Malik anything over 5 million. It will set us back.

    And I’m on Omar plan after seeing what happens if tua gets hurt it guarantees 167.1 million no one going to trade for that so he needs to go on IR. We need somewhat cheap experienced FA qb, to back up Ewers

38. According to the new head coach, they will build from the draft. This means they will keeping only a few key players and trading or cutting some of the higher cap players, especially those who are older.
