I’m fine with him leaving since it seems like Vance isn’t going anywhere otherwise I’d assume the Cardinals would have already made the deal.

I don’t see any possibility avenue where we keep him unfortunately, the fact that he was an assistant on our staff for so long was shocking to me to begin with

Sucks, but certainly not a surprise. It’s been known that he was gonna be a DC candidate for a few years now, and I figured we were either gonna lose him or lose VJ.
You know we have good it when every other team wants our coordinators.
