This would work out about as well as could be expected. You make a deep playoff run. You are going to have staff poached, it’s the nature of the game. I don’t understand how the cardinals can pass on Vance. But I am glad they did.

Can be a double-edged sword. I love VJ and hope he stays. But when a head coaches coordinators are leaving for other positions, those coordinator positions can become destination spots for top candidates, too. Every Bronco assistant that goes on to be a head coach is good for Sean Payton and good for the Broncos chances to attract high caliber coordinators.
Again, very glad he is staying, but I will always root for Broncos assistant to get promoted and make the move to HC. The I will cheer as hard as I can for the Broncos to stomp their new team into the ground any time they go head to head.
I would have rather kept Lenohard. If VJ didn’t like the jobs for whatever reason this year. We should probably be aware of who’s on the coaching hot seat for next year.
Webb should get OC all day.
