The argument against MPJ is probably health related. Siakam has played 47 games and MPJ only 38 so that’s a decent bit of difference

I feel like most coaches don’t appreciate Mike’s game that much even though they spend lots of time planning for him. Malone didn’t like it and DA to a lesser extent.

The argument is the NBA needs another foreign player for this years US v. world format.
It makes zero sense. Jalen Duren got it and I saw him on literally no all star voting lists. Mike held himself within top 10 but normal power got it and he was like 18th?
Maybe because Nets are a tanking team that no one takes seriously. At least the Pacers try.
I feel sorry for the Lakers by the way. Funny it just happens to be them.
Siakam helped lead the Pacers to a game 7 of the NBA finals.
His play over the last several years echos in the minds of coaches and he kept it up this season.
That is some of why the coaches put him in despite a 12 win record, along with offensive stats about equal to MPJ and a better defensive accord
He deserves it over KAT more.
Powell is the weakest selection by far. Siakam has been balling this year.
Why is powell in it?
His trade value gets too high if he becomes an all star
Honestly I’d take norm out before Siakam
Possibly cause they need foreign players? NBA need to just get rid of all star all together honestly
