He’s good with QBs but he’s a horrible offensive coordinator.
He is not a scheme guy, His game plans are pretty basic and everyone figures out his strategies by mid season
Unless they pair him with a legit play caller or he comes on as a QB coach I’d pass
Excited but dang this is a whole new playbook and system Dart has to learn there gonna be some growing pains again

There's definitely some pros for hiring Kliff Kingsbury, but the negatives give me pause:
– Butts heads with people – Too rigidly sticks to using Spread & Shotgun – Not enough of a balanced attack – Lack of pre-snap motion
My opinion: If it's Kingsbury or Webb, I'm going Kingsbury. But if Charlie Weis Jr is actually available I'm going for him 100%
Kingsbury is a great choice, but I rather the Giants try and get Webb away from Denver. If Webb decides to stay with the Broncos Kliff would be my second choice. Alex Tanney would be my third choice
After his first year teams catch on to his system. Why does he keep losing his Job. That’s a little concerning to me
He doesn’t play the qb under center enough doesn’t use motions enough need coordinator from the that Shanahan Mcvey tree
