I'm sure there will be a good reason we didn't end up taking a chance at him like money. I don't care as long as we dont have several starters hitting under 200 again ala Triolo, Davis etc…
I’m fine with missing this guy. Saved us from ourselves. Not like we missed on Bill Madlock. Other options will appear as we approach Bradenton
While I think the power was needed…. if (and it's a strong if) Triolo can maintain his post all star break form do you think he would actually be the best available option anyway?

I'd see if hoskins is willing to play 3rd. I know he's been playing first but I believe he can play 3rd. Also maybe France as a bench bat.
