  1. Really? The Spurs are 'great.' What moron does these headlines? Oh, wait. Adam Mares actually said that. I'm happy for him that's he's moved up the NBA media food chain but he so often seems in over his head and making dumb comments. The Spurs have done absolutely nothing. Nothing. You talk about a team being 'great' when they've actually done something. Calm down and pull your head out, Adam.

  2. Spurs have a problem with the lack of a secondary rebounder at the 4, they have decent size but most of the guys they play 1-3 are 6’6 or shorter, and they play Barnes at the 4, he’s been cold as ice lately. Fox is also the most inconsistent in game player I’ve ever seen, his effort sometimes is atrocious and he has some of the worst iq plays, his defense is really questionable at times.

  3. Legs so you’re comfortable with Jalon Tyson being the primary defender on Jaylen Brown, Cade, Scottie, Ingram, Wagner, Anunoby in the playoffs? What about that in 2026 when small cones like Trae Young are getting salary dumped because of defense, the Cavs are running a backcourt rotation of 6’1 Mitchell, 6’1 Garland, 6’1 Schroder, skinny 6’3 Ellis…

  4. I loved the film breakdown, great stuff, and Legs analysis is always a treat to listen to.

To answer the question at 30:40 I would love more of the film breakdown stuff and while I do think that you guys should keep doing the livestreams, I think it would be cool if you guys had a dedicated day during the week to do a recorded version of the show and do film breakdown of recent games or plays that you’ve enjoyed.
    Just an idea!

  5. Spurs are too inexperienced/ inconsistent at the moment.
As a spurs fan I’ve watched them play like crap against New Orleans, then put in a gritty performance against Houston, then lose to charlotte in a very sloppy manner, and then beat Orlando after being delayed by a winter storm. Need to find consistency

  6. Why so quick to pronounce them as contenders ? They’re a great young team but have much work to do to get to that next level. Great regular season is one thing playoffs a whole other

  7. Great show but I have to disagree with the Spurs rebounding. In a lot of losses this season the lack of keeping teams off the offensive glass have been an Achilles heel.

  8. It's tough to penalize MPJ for the team losing so much when from ownership down they've wanted to lose from the opening night tip! Has Legler ever played on a team that going into the season losing was the goal?

  9. i feel like a little pre recorded would equal an easier product to create for yall with your man obligations. it would also allow a little more creative freedom. I really enjoyed this podcast and it seemed more free flowing. If you wanted to involve listener questions, it may be useful to incorporate a mailbag and lean on that during the off season. Im sure legs has plenty of story to tell. I bet we can get some cool stories from Adam too!

  10. Beggars can’t be choosers I love this show in every format but being able to show those clips and break them down is next level… keep up the great work fellas 🤝
